The Writer's Hollow

This blog is to share my writings, poetry, and creative talents with my family, friends, and beyond. My writing may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it is an outlet that allows me to showcase my love of stories, poetry, and philanthropy of causes close to my heart. Enjoy!

About Me

My photo
Heather
My name is Heather. I'm 30 years old and I live in a small, rural community in Pennsylvania. I have a beautiful family and I am currently pursuing a BSN in Nursing and a BA in History. I currently have a goal of writing 3 books and I'm currently training to complete my first marathon. I have been writing poetry and short stories since I was in 7th grade, and I have a passion for learning. At the moment, I just want to get my BSN and my BA. Once I receive them, I intend to get my PHD focusing on holistic medicine, geriatrics, and emergency medicine. Once I get older, I am also planning on signing up for the Peace Corps because I am unable to serve in the Army/Coast Guard due to a spinal fusion I received when I was 14, so I feel the best way to serve my country is to serve and help others in need philanthropically. I feel this blog will positively impact others and give them strength through any tough times.
